During his speech, he informed schools, colleges and universities to start making preparations for opening anytime soon but will be mandated to go in line with the WHO regulations and guidelines that have been brought forward by the Ministry of Health and Child care.
He went on to encourage all the learning institutions to try as much as possible to utilise virtual learning as it promotes some, if not all of the COVID 19 regulations.
Virtual learning can also be referred to as online learning and it has grown very common in our sky rocketing technological world.
This internet facilitated method of learning is very flexible and promotes teacher-student relationship hence creates more room for slow learners to catch up as it caters for all learning paces.
Much can be said about the virtual learning style and looking on the financial side, its flexibility allows some less fortunate students to learn and indulge into activities that generate income to fund their studies.
Many young people have found a shortcut to embrace their goals through virtual learning as they find it possible to learn and work simultaneously.
Meanwhile, many measures have been relaxed also during his speech and these point to the reopening of Industries and the informal sector, resumption of inter-city travels and establishment of new business hours.
Curfew time has been revised and the hours now lie between 10pm and 5am. Many other regulations have also been eased.
