A teacher at Mkwasine Primary school for 17 years, Jimmy Matsvange, has penned yet another grade 7 Mathematics book titled “Mathematics Research Guide Grade 7 CALA”.
The book was co-authored by Evelyn Maturure and published by Melbee Books in Harare last month.
This is his second book after he published another one last year called “Lets Do Mathematics Grade 7 Exam Practice”.
This book was co-authored with Chipo Tagwirei and published by Gramsol Publishing house also in Harare in 2021.
The book is currently a darling among learners.
Matsvange said the book came out of a need to give direction on the implementations of the new curriculum for both teachers and learners.
“The Intention of the book is to give direction on how to implement the updated curriculum in Continuous Assessment Learning Activities (CALA) by both teachers and learners as Paper 3.
I also want to share the vast expertise and knowledge I gained along the years in the Field of Mathematics as a Grade 7 teacher guru.” said Matsvange.
Matsvange is also a Zimsec Mathematics Marker and grade 7 teacher.
Matsvange also partnered with upcoming poets across the country and composed a prose book entitled “Shamhu ine munyu”.
